Delete your Rabbit Royale account

You can delete your Rabbit Royale account, published by GRAVITY 5, at any time: from the Game in a few taps, or by email without installing anything.

From the Game

1. Open your burrow and tap your rabbit’s portrait at the top right to open your Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Tap it again to confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

Playing as a guest? The same place shows Abandon this burrow, which deletes your guest account the same way.

By email

Write to support@gravity5.pro with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you sign in with (Google or email), and tell us your rabbit name. If you write from another address, we may ask you to prove the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and its sign-in links: your Google account ID and your email address.
• Your rabbit name, avatar, burrow, island, carrots, items, quests, scores and rankings.
• Your history of raids, defences and harvests, and the notification tokens of your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

• Analytics events and crash reports stay with Google Firebase, linked only to a random player ID that no longer points to anyone: up to 14 months for analytics and 90 days for crash reports.
• Server logs are rotated within a few weeks.
• If you bought something in the Game, the record of that purchase is kept as long as the law requires for accounting, without your game data.

Deleting an account cannot be undone: a deleted burrow cannot be brought back.
