Terms of Use

Welcome to Rabbit Royale. These terms are the rules for playing the Game in the Google Play and App Store apps and on rabbit.rip (together, “the Game”), published by GRAVITY 5 SAS (“we”, “us”; details in the legal notice). By playing, you agree to them.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, in particular before making any purchase.

2. Your account

• You can play as a guest, or save your burrow with Google or your email address. A guest account lives only on your device: if you uninstall the app or clear its data, it is gone and we cannot restore it.
• Keep access to the Google account or email address you sign in with: it is how you get your burrow back.
• Pick a rabbit name that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonating someone else or infringing anyone’s rights. We may rename or remove names that break this rule.

3. Playing fair

Rabbit Royale is competitive: other players can visit, raid and trap your burrow, and you theirs. That is the game. What is not allowed:

• cheating, bots, scripts, automation or modified clients;
• exploiting bugs instead of reporting them;
• running several accounts to boost one another or to manipulate rankings;
• attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering our servers;
• harassing other players, or selling, buying or renting accounts.

If you break these rules we may reset your progress, remove items or rankings, or suspend or delete your account, depending on how serious it is.

4. In-game items and currency

Carrots, energy, items (traps, bombs, lightning, shields, fences…), burrow layouts, scores and rankings are part of the Game. You get a personal, revocable licence to use them in the Game; you do not own them. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game. We may rebalance the Game, change, rename or remove items at any time. Rabbit Royale is not gambling: nothing you win in the Game can be converted into money or prizes.

5. Purchases

The Game is free and sells nothing today. If purchases are offered in the store apps, they will be made through Google Play or Apple, under their terms, and these terms will be updated first with the conditions that apply.

6. Our content

The Game, its art, characters, music, code and the Rabbit Royale name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your games, including in monetised content, as long as you do not suggest we endorse you. Anything else needs our permission.

7. The Game changes

The Game is in active development. We may add, change or remove features, reset seasons and rankings, interrupt the service for maintenance, or shut the Game down. If we shut it down, we will try to tell you in advance in the Game.

8. No warranty and limits on liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of the country where you live.

9. Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account from the Game or by email (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date; significant changes will be announced in the Game. Continuing to play after that means you accept them.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Write to us first at support@gravity5.pro: we will always try to sort things out with you.
